Katrina Burns serves our Board of Directors as a Member-at-Large. Katrina is the driving force behind the Dear Casi Foundation, a tribute and advocacy organization founded in honor of her missing loved one, Casi Pogue. For the past five years, Katrina has been a powerful voice and unwavering advocate in Casi’s case—transforming personal tragedy into public purpose.

Her experience navigating the complex legal and emotional challenges of an unsolved disappearance has made her a fierce champion for other families enduring similar trauma. Through her foundation, Katrina continues to raise awareness, demand accountability, and create space for community support—including the upcoming launch of a new support group for families of the missing.

Katrina’s insight, passion, and innovative vision will undoubtedly strengthen our work at the Crime Advocacy Network. We’re thrilled to have her join us in this fight for justice.
